Petaluma Post-natal Fitness Program
We know you want to get in shape, get strong and fit after the birth of your child. Our post-natal fitness program focuses on strengthening and toning key areas like the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The post-natal fitness program includes consideration of diastisis recti, a painless splitting or stretching of the abdominal muscles that is common during pregnancy. We choose exercises and share manual techniques with you that help heal diastasis recti at the studio and at home. Rebuild endurance and stamina lost during pregnancy and eliminate common postnatal complaints like backaches. The program consists of private and semi-private and small group equipment classes.
All non-crawling babies are welcome.
Petaluma Post-Natal Private Intro Special:
- 3 private session
- 1 class (pre/post natal classes or any barre, spring or mat classes apply)
As a post natal client we will assess your goals and check to see if you have diastasis rectii. We will create a program for you to rebuild your core strength while helping to mitigate any further abdominal splitting and help promote diastais rectii recovery. Your pre-crawling baby is welcome to attend.
