We believe that after 3 sessions you will have a better idea about how Pilates can work with your fitness goals. In your first Pilates session, you and your instructor will discuss any relevant physical history and gain clarity about the results you want. Following a brief conversation, your Pilates instructor will conduct a postural assessment, and guide you through your first workout, leaving you feeling refreshed, strong and supple. The next two private sessions will enable you to comfortably choose how you want to continue with your Pilates’ practice. If you are looking for lasting results, we suggest attending Pilates 2-3 times per week.
The free class will allow to better integrate into future classes. Classes sizes range from 2-5 students. Beautiful redwood floors and high ceilings give our studio a beautiful downtown Petaluma feel. All mats and props are provided including foam roller, stretch bands, free weights and magic circles. It is our goal that all of the components of the Private Introductory Special will inspire you to learn more about Pilates your body and your brain. New clients have various choices of how to proceed in their practice: with private sessions, or semi-privates (2-3 students), and Barre, Spring of Mat Classes, or any combination of the above.
