Anne began her Pilates practice in 2000 and promptly hurt her back. From this experience she learned that it is not the type of exercise that you learn but rather the quaility of teaching that you receive that can safely transform your body and brain from injured or unfit to strong and flexible.
We are here to connect brain research with movement practice:
- Mind-body practitioners, athletes, sport enthusiasts, dancers, artists can improve their practice by learning more about the body-brain connection at Body Brain Connect workshops.
- Industry professionals, instructors, nurses, and educators improve their craft by learning more about the body-brain connection and earn CEU’s at our Professional Development seminars.
- Researchers can connect with interested organizations and individuals
